As a student at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, Helen Chu has joined BASIC with hopes of bringing awareness to APA issues, and encourages attendees to become pro-active within their community. On campus, she is a highly active student serving as the co-president for the Asian Student Association (ASA), treasurer for Phi Lambda Sigma (National Pharmacy Leadership Society), cultural week committee member, student ambassador, and former resident assistant. In addition, Helen serves as the social chair and college representative for the Boston Asian Student Alliance (BASA). Aside from her studies, saving lives and counting pills Helen has a great passion for photography, a taste for exotic foods and loves watching/cheering for the Boston Red Soxs! |

Elaine Chan (a.k.a. "Diesel" to her friends) is a junior at Brandeis University majoring in Psychology and minoring in Health: Science, Society and Policy.
